1. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: We typically ship orders within one business day. For orders placed after 12:00 PM, it is likely to be processed the next business day.
Note: External factors like weather or postal strikes, bank holidays may occasionally cause delays.
Tracking: Your tracking detail will be mailed to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
International: We ship globally from our fulfillment centers in Europe and Africa. Specific rates and delivery times will be visible during checkout.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on products that the seal have been broken or used by the customer.
We are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items should be unused, with the seal intact, original tags and packaging in place, and free from any markings or damage.

To process an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
