Delivery & Returns Policy

At Lulu Organics we strive to ensure you love your purchase.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: We typically ship orders within one business day. For orders placed after 12:00 PM, it is likely to be processed the next business day.
Note: External factors like weather or postal strikes, bank holidays may occasionally cause delays.
Tracking: Your tracking detail will be mailed to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
International: We ship globally from our fulfillment centers in Europe and Africa. Specific rates and delivery times will be visible during checkout.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on products that the seal have been broken or used by the customer.
We are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
  • Items should be unused, with the seal intact, original tags and packaging in place, and free from any markings or damage.
  • To process an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Please note that the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the Purchaser or Recipient unless otherwise agreed with us.
To initiate a return, kindly email info@luluorganics.org with your order details, full name, pictures of the item and your reason for returning it. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Return Fees: Customers will cover the return cost unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it returned safely.
Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged, it will be replaced if it is still available in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.
Non-Returnables: We are unable to accept returns on used items, "Final Sale" products, gift cards, or promotional items.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there’s an issue with your order, kindly inform us within 7 days. Email info@luluorganics.org with your order details, clear pictures of the package, and we will determine a replacement after a review of your complaint.
